Welcome to Living the Bible, where we examine the Bible and church history to guide everyday living.
My name is Jason Conrad, and I’m passionate about helping others engage with Scripture and the early Christian tradition in a way that is both intellectually honest and spiritually grounded. I approach the Bible and church history with scholarly depth and practical application—believing that what was written two thousand years ago still speaks with power today.
With a Doctor of Pharmacy, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Divinity, I bring a unique blend of academic training, life experience, and thoughtful inquiry to this project.
Through this blog and podcast, I invite believers, seekers, and skeptics alike to explore the earliest Christian sources—especially the seven undisputed letters of Paul—and what they reveal about Jesus, the church, and how to live faithfully in today’s world.
Books I’ve Written
- The Forty Percent Church
How and why the earliest Christians grew at 40% per decade against all odds. - Conrad Commentaries: Galatians
A practical and devotional look at one of Paul’s most urgent and personal letters. - A Call to Care: Charity in Ancient Christianity
A historical study of how the early church practiced compassion and embodied its theology through care for the poor.
